OEM/ODM FAQ

Our standard MOQ for OEM private label products is 50 units. For ODM projects involving completely new product development, the MOQ is negotiable (tooling costs apply). Accessories and filter cartridges typically have an MOQ of 1,000 pieces. Sample orders are negotiable, with a minimum of 1-5 units to arrange prototyping.

Yes, we provide comprehensive brand customization services. OEM clients can have their LOGO silkscreened or laser-engraved on the products, and customize exclusive color boxes, user manuals, certificates of conformity, etc. ODM clients can fully customize the industrial design, color schemes, and packaging style. All customization plans are implemented after client confirmation during the prototyping stage.

Sample production generally takes 7-15 working days (including tooling adjustments). The lead time for OEM private label mass production is 15-30 working days, while ODM custom tooling projects take 30-60 working days. Specific lead times depend on order volume and product complexity, and we will provide an accurate schedule during quotation.

Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. For long-term partners, we can negotiate L/C (Letter of Credit) or more flexible credit terms. Sample orders require full payment upfront, while mass production orders require a deposit after sample approval.

We support multiple shipping methods: sea freight (FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou port), air freight, and express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT). Trade terms can be provided as EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP based on client requirements. Our partner freight forwarders cover over 50 countries and regions worldwide, offering door-to-door logistics services.

The ONEMI factory is ISO 9001 quality management system certified. Our products hold international certifications including CE (EU), UL/FCC (US), RoHS (environmental protection), and NSF (filter materials). We can also assist clients in applying for other country-specific certifications as required by their target markets.

We offer a variety of packaging solutions: standard export packaging (white box/kraft carton), custom branded color boxes, gift boxes (suitable for retail), and specialized packaging per client request. All export products utilize multi-layer protective packaging consisting of foam, carton, and wooden crates to ensure safety during long-distance transit.

We implement full-process quality control: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) → In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) → Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) → factory aging tests. Each production line is equipped with dedicated QC personnel, and key processes utilize automated testing equipment. We support client or third-party inspections and provide inspection reports before shipment.

You are welcome to schedule a visit! Our factory is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, approximately a 40-minute drive from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport. Please book your visit at least 3 working days in advance so we can arrange hospitality and technical staff to guide you. You can also tour our factory online via video/remote conference.
